Richard Barner, Co-CEO/Co-Founder

Rich started his first company at the age of 23, after serving in the United States Navy, he then went on to build and personally run 18 more companies including the largest commercial paint and body/ refurbishment company in north central Florida that acquired contracts with Coke, Pepsi, Ryder, Penske, and Budget Rentals. He also founded the largest independently owned construction debris company, and became the 2nd largest independent homebuilder in Central Florida, building more than 1500 homes in the Central Florida area. This was all anchored by a commercial property investment company with a 126-property portfolio.

Mr Barner currently maintains his real estate investment portfolio and real estate development projects but has shifted most of his time to his passion which is the motion picture industry. He co founded global pictures media approximately 4 years ago and devotes most of his time to this company in an effort to combine distribution and production to the P&A to create a mini major studio.

Chad Doher, Co-CEO/Co-Founder

Chad Doher is an entrepreneur. After graduating from college, he helmed his family’s 50-year-old residential & commercial roofing company. He later started an automotive dealership and collision shop whose success allowed him to expand his holdings to include a large real estate portfolio, a mortgage company, a chain of restaurants, and several trucking & limousine companies. After being introduced to a media expert, Chad merged his entrepreneurial prowess with the expert’s 38 years of business & media knowledge and contacts, creating a specialty media company who’s current media clients include Hard Rock, Palace Resorts, AARP, and NASCAR.

Grant Cramer, Co-Founder/President

Grant, a 30 plus year veteran of the Entertainment Industry, is the president and founder of Landafar Entertainment. During his time as a Production Executive, Grant oversaw the development, packaging, business modeling and production of 14 feature films including 2 GUNS, starring Mark Wahlberg and Denzel Washington, END OF WATCH, starring Jake Gyllenhaal, and ESCAPE PLAN, starring Sylvester Stallone and Arnold Schwarzenegger.

More recently, Grant Executive Produced the hit movie LONE SURVIVOR, starring Mark Wahlberg, Eric Bana and Taylor Kitsch and directed by Peter Berg, AND SO IT GOES, starring Michael Douglas and Diane Keaton, and directed by Rob Reiner and NOVEMBER MAN, starring Pierce Brosnan and Olga Kurylenko, and directed by Roger Donaldson. He also recently produced SOME KIND OF BEAUTIFUL starring Pierce Brosnan, Salma Hayak and Jessica Alba and directed by Tom Vaughan. Upcoming projects that Grant will be producing include: WASPS, the true story of the Women Air Force Service Pilots, THE STREET RACER, directed by Dan Bradley, HITMAN’S DELIGHT, directed by Peter Segal, HOPTOWN, directed by Sherwood Hu and NATASCHA starring Richard Gere.

Wendy Moore, CFO

Wendy Moore is an executive producer and financier who is seasoned in structuring equity, debt, and P&A financing. She spent the first seven years of her career as an associate producer on the production and distribution of a dozen feature films and helping to launch Bold Films (Drive, Whiplash). In 2008 she pivoted into bank financing as the AVP for the Entertainment, Sports, and Media division of National Bank of California and was subsequently hand-picked to join the new entertainment lending team at First Republic Bank, who’s clients include most US and Canadian mini-majors, top producers, A-list talent, equity financiers, sales agents, and industry law firms.

In 2014, Wendy launched the US operations of UK equity financier, Prescience (The King’s Speech), while there, she negotiated development deals with top level producers, vetted finance packages, placed bridge facilities, negotiated equity and credit facilities, and executive producing deals. Wendy left Prescience in 2015 to launch her own consulting and finance company and signed-on to executive produce two dozen 3rd party projects, represent clients Global Pictures Media and Buffalo Gal Pictures, and place debt, equity, and specialty financing. Wendy has since signed exclusively with Global Pictures Media, acting as their CFO to handle sourcing and managing partnerships, financing, fundraising, and negotiating contracts.

Madisun Leigh, VP of Operations

Madisun began her career as a media buyer, amassing broadcast experience that has spanned more than 20 years, with 15 of them at CBS Radio as an On-Air Personality/Music Director and as a Program Director at KNET. Madisun has also worked in television as a Technical Director for FOX affiliate WMSN and held management positions in Programming, Music, Marketing, and Promotion. She then broadened her portfolio to include Film Financing and Production becoming Production Supervisor and Director of Operations at Landafar Entertainment & Knightsbridge Entertainment. Madisun has assisted producers and been Production Supervisor and Production Coordinator of Hollywood films with individual budgets exceeding $40 million.
