Capstone’s focus will be on $6mm – $30mm P&A loans for wide, platform, and day-and-date releases of Studio-level, independently financed films, to be distributed by top-level indie distributors, studios, and mini-majors. Our funding structure is 80% of P&A costs from the Investor and 30% of media costs from Global Pictures and pricing is approximately 15% per annum.
Capstone has brought together a-best-in-class team to form a US-territory feature film Prints & Advertising specialty finance company that employs a highly disciplined structure and quantitative methodology for acquiring studio quality motion pictures for wide theatrical release in the domestic marketplace. Mitigating risk and maximizing returns are the primary focus behind every Capstone project and its success is achieved through an unwavering approach to it’s structured investment discipline backed by integrity, transparency and relentless teamwork. Capstone‘s managers have strong relationships with leading Producers, Directors, Distributors, Foreign Sales Agents, Talent Agencies, Talent Managers and attend all major industry trade conventions creating exposure to the majority of product available for P&A financing.
